      Our client, a fortune 500 data and AI company is looking to identify a Senior Digital Media Manager III to join their team.

      JOB DESCRIPTION
      We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Digital Media Operations Manager to join our Global Digital Marketing team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing and lead digital planning, budget management, and operational process improvements to support global digital campaigns. You'll also manage two contractors and collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, finance, and procurement. This is an impactful, hands-on opportunity to keep high-priority digital media initiatives running smoothly during a critical coverage period.

      What you’ll be doing:
      • Project Management & Process Optimization
      • Own and drive high-priority digital initiatives across the marketing organization
      • Lead ongoing process optimization efforts to improve workflow efficiency, visibility, and campaign scalability
      • Provide operational oversight and support to digital operations specialists and agency partners, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals
      • Planning & Budget Management
      • Lead the planning initiative for half-year and quarterly refreshes for Brand and Demand media
      • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to manage contracts and purchase orders for media vendors and ad tech providers
      • Partner with finance to manage digital marketing budgets—including forecasting, reconciling actuals, and approving invoices
      • Brand Campaign Operations
      • Collaborate with media planners, customer marketing, creative, and operations specialists to oversee the planning and execution of media (including digital, print, and OOH)
      • Drive continuous operational improvements in brand campaign execution in partnership with cross-functional teams
      • Ad Operations
      • Manage requests for new marketing technology tools and oversee pixel tracking execution as needed

      What we look for:
      • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media operations, and/or project management
      • Proven ability to document and manage complex processes across cross-functional teams
      • Skilled in managing complex budgets and navigating financial workflows
      • Experience working with media agencies, creative teams, and cross-regional stakeholders
      • Hands-on experience with media buying, campaign execution, and digital ad operations
      • Proficient in Asana and highly skilled in Google Sheets or Excel, including managing complex spreadsheets
      • Strong project planning capabilities, with experience building and adapting workback schedules in dynamic environments

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
