      Permanent

      Location: Edinburgh, Peterborough or London (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)

      Salary: A competitive salary from £38,320 - £57,480 depending on the experience you can bring

      Reporting to the Mylo Marketing Lead and forming part of the Mylo marketing function which sits within the accountabilities broader AUK Marketing and Proposition department you will help design and execute a growth marketing strategy. Mylo is the permanent cross-functional customer value stream who will own targets to maximise the value of our existing customer base.

      We need someone to help us build and personalise a modern engagement engine, who can enable a growth marketing strategy based on data, continuous digital (email and web) journey optimisation, analytics and insights to help existing workplace customers maximise their savings.

      Mylo will help us get a drive an increased marketing conversion in our customer base, by interpreting insight and data to help us build campaigns and marketing funnels which results in a deep and meaningful relationship with Aegon.

      As our Senior Digital Optimisation and Communications Consultant, you will be involved in the development of our growth engagement strategy that connects and optimises our customers digital journeys and engagement. Alongside this you’ll be managing our engagement engine on behalf of our Mylo venture (business).

      Working closely alongside our data science team, you will analyse customer outreach trends to understand patterns, including:

      • Ensuring our email communication activity is planned and delivered to timelines.
      • Designing, building and managing automated, event based, email marketing communications.
      • Leveraging digital analytics and reporting to assess the performance of our digital estate and emails.
      • Making effective use of customer insight and understanding key segments to deliver effectively targeted email marketing communications, using dynamic content variations, associated website targeting and segments where appropriate.
      • Identifying automation opportunities and drive constant improvement on Marketing Cloud, to make delivery more efficient.
      • Implementation of testing and targeting processes across AWS and Adobe, ensuring compliance and risk standards across Adobe Target and Launch are in place.
      • Ensure adherence to Conduct Risk requirements and meeting all regulatory and customer based responsibilities and objectives.

      We’d love to hear from you if you have:

      • Experience working in digital marketing or communications function.
      • Proven credentials in writing marketing communications, considering accessibility.
      • Working knowledge with either AWS Pinpoint and Personalise (ideal), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS, Adobe or Premier Success (beneficial).
      • Extensive use of web targeting software (Adobe Target beneficial) with experience in email parameters, dynamic content and segment targeting.
      • Awareness of the compliance and regulatory impacts on financial promotions.
