Job Description

- Develop and maintain a product vision and strategy and maintain and communicate your product roadmap
- Make sure the backlog is derived from customer research, and that appropriate user testing and validation methods are in place
- Map user journeys, define features and breakdown into user stories that are prioritised within a single product backlog
- Manage budget across BAU and project funding
- Measure and evidence the value of changes delivered
- Make sure all key stakeholders are fully briefed on all aspects of digital activity and are engaged with the digital planning process
- Hero insights and successes, communicating via our internal communications channels
- Take ownership of the customer listening programme for digital service products
- Conduct competitor and market research to support the development of frictionless journeys
- Lead and mentor team members, maintaining a culture of collaboration
- Play a key role in the development and roll out of an omnichannel strategy
- Proven success within a digital product management role, ideally in a global environment
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for web technologies, digital trends and innovation
- Proficient in agile ways of working
- Confident, influential stakeholder management up to the highest level
- Experience of shaping digital portfolio and developing channel strategies driving digital transformation and delivering significant business benefits
- Effective, persuasive communication and presentation skills, capable of bringing others along with you
- A creative, strategic problem solver and decision maker able to prioritise efficiently

The role
Fantastic opportunity for a passionate, infectiously positive and well seasoned Digital Product Manager to take holistic ownership of the digital service portfolio across Bupa Global and manage your own products within the portfolio.
With the customer at the heart of everything you do, you’ll co-own thought leadership across the Digital Product Team through coaching and mentorship of the Product Managers and will define, launch, and grow collective digital propositions.
As digital partner to the business, you’ll be the voice of the customer, using analytics and insights to ship digital experiences that will improve NPS and drive digital adoption to elicit growth.
