      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications
      - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
      - Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to inform design decisions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
      - Advocate for best practices in accessibility and user-centered design

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
      - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
      - Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles
      - Proven ability to interpret analytics to drive data-informed decisions
      - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with motion design
      - Strong understanding of SEO principles
      - Master’s degree in Marketing, Design, HCI, or a related field
      - UI/UX Certification
