      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity architecture and engineering across the organization
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify risks and develop effective cybersecurity solutions
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber risk management and industry best practices
      - Oversee the deployment and integration of new cybersecurity solutions in line with information security policies
      - Create metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the Information Security program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience in global cybersecurity program leadership
      - At least 5 years of experience leading Security Architecture and Engineering teams
      - Industry certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
      - Authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong knowledge of Cyber Security Architectural and Engineering principles
      - Experience with Risk, Security, or Audit frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001/2)
      - Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud tools, especially AWS
      - Demonstrated analytical skills in identifying and mitigating risks
      - Experience in the secondary mortgage market or equivalent financial services
