What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain donors through promotional and community initiatives
- Interact with potential donors, providing information and encouragement to donate while maintaining relationships with existing donors
- Coordinate scheduling for testing and travel arrangements to meet donor collection needs
- Support and train a team of donor recruiters to enhance their effectiveness
- Plan and coordinate campaigns and events, managing all logistical aspects efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Equivalent experience may be considered in place of stated education and experience requirements, such as 8 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience
