What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery relationships for assigned projects
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
- Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring client and project requirements are met with high quality
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance for best practices within the eDiscovery business unit
- Demonstrate leadership in managing day-to-day project oversight and mentoring team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Strong oral and written communication skills to convey leadership presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or MBA is a plus

- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within legal environments
- Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills
- Demonstrated success in proactively managing client expectations and adapting company capabilities to meet needs
