Senior Electoral Services Officer
PO2: Starting salary 41,961 pa rising in annual increments to £44,862 per annum incl LW

Do you want to develop your knowledge, experience and skills in a dynamic and people-focussed London electoral services team?
Lambeth is looking for a well organised and experienced individual to lead in strategic and operational electoral registration activities, the conduct of elections and delivery of our ongoing service improvement programme.
Acting as senior support to the Deputy Electoral Services Manager, you’ll need excellent analytical, operational and problem-solving skills to meet a range of daily challenges, including the introduction of voter ID and other changes to the electoral landscape contained in the Elections Act 2022.
You’ll have a proven track record in electoral registration and elections or suitable transferrable skills and experience. You’ll also currently hold or be willing to work towards gaining the AEA Certificate in Electoral Administration.
Additionally, you must be able to work flexibly, particularly at election times when significant evening and weekend working is required.
