What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate, design, develop, and optimize manufacturing and converting assets to meet unit objectives
- Support the implementation of safety processes and maintain a safe workplace
- Lead assigned projects and tasks while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success
- Identify and solve problems to improve process capability and reduce defects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in technical or operational roles
- Experience with manufacturing control systems, including PLCs and HMI systems
- Demonstrated competency in engineering/scientific analysis systems and tools
- Commitment to continuous self-development and learning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Background in a variety of technical or operational assignments
- Demonstrated personal sensitivity in team dynamics and diverse backgrounds
