What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate, design, develop, and optimize manufacturing/converting assets and supporting processes
- Support implementation of safety procedures and actively participate in achieving safety objectives
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and clear information sharing
- Lead assigned projects and tasks within corporate policies to meet unit objectives
- Contribute to a respectful and diverse work environment that motivates team contributions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution and 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with manufacturing control systems, including PLCs, variable speed motor drives, and HMI
- Demonstrated competency in engineering/scientific analysis systems/tools
- Ability to develop knowledge and skills in engineering principles
- Commitment to personal and professional development in a variety of assignments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continuing self-development and experience in Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement
- Experience in a variety of technical or operational assignments beyond the minimum requirements
