  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform design and equipment submittal reviews for new Data Centers in your region
  - Troubleshoot site/equipment failures and create corrective action documentation
  - Support operational issues with training and complex procedure reviews
  - Own the design for existing data center upgrades to improve capacity and efficiency
  - Initiate and lead engineering site audits and produce risk reports with recommendations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  - Strong engineering judgment with the ability to make recommendations in uncertain situations
  - Experience in solving problems with engineered solutions
  - Proven ability to manage engineering projects and work with consultants
  - Ability to build trust and relationships with various stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Organized with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  - Direct experience with mission-critical facilities, especially data centers
  - Experience as a resident engineer or hands-on design consultant
  - Proficiency in reading and creating construction drawings and specifications
  - Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment related to data centers
