      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in owner’s engineer engagements for utility-scale power generation projects
      - Prepare and/or review EPC RFP packages and associated technical specifications
      - Evaluate EPC proposals to assist in the selection of preferred EPC contractors
      - Provide technical support during negotiations of EPC contracts
      - Review EPC contractor’s electrical engineering design drawing packages and supporting calculations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design of utility-scale power projects
      - Experience in thermal power generation, preferably gas-fired combined cycle auxiliary power system design
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and guide others
      - No sponsorship for work authorization in the U.S. for this position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as part of an EPC team or as an Owner’s Engineer in power projects
      - Familiarity with low-voltage (both DC and AC) systems and AC collection systems for solar and batteries
      - Knowledge of collector substations and interconnecting substation expansion
      - Background in preparing and reviewing specifications for electrical equipment
