      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide development support and conceptual design services for electric power generation projects
      - Perform technical evaluations and engineering design reviews for thermal power projects
      - Support project economic and cost analysis, risk assessments, and contract development
      - Conduct technical due diligence and owner’s engineering design reviews
      - Collaborate with clients to optimize technical, commercial, environmental, and financial aspects of projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program
      - 10+ years of experience in the electric power industry, specifically in detailed design of medium voltage electrical systems
      - Experience with utility-scale thermal power projects, including simple cycle gas turbines and coal-fired generation
      - Excellent technical communication and writing skills
      - No sponsorship for work authorization in the U.S. for this position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in technical due diligence and owner’s engineering design reviews of thermal power projects
      - General understanding of power station operations and performance reviews
      - Familiarity with economic, cost analysis, and contract development
      - Knowledge of international design codes and standards
      - Understanding of process design at electric power generation facilities
