      Texas Capital Bank is hiring a results-driven leader to manage and optimize customer communications across email and digital channels. This role owns the full email lifecycle, from strategy and content to testing, execution, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will enhance personalization, improve deliverability, and drive performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and workflow optimization, all within a fast-paced, agile environment.

      Responsibilities:

      • Own the email process end-to-end: strategy, content construction, segmentation, testing, execution, and reporting

      • Partner with Marketing, LOB Enablement, and Technology teams to align initiatives and maintain executional consistency

      • Lead all aspects of customer communication across email, Cloud Pages, and subscription lists—ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance

      • Improve email performance in partnership with marketing and drive higher level of personalization to increase open / click through, etc.

      • Introduce more robust A/B Testing (e.g. subject lines, content, personalization, etc.)

      • Monitor and improve deliverability

      • Actively manage different business units and allow for relevant quality assurance

      • Audit the creative for all emails to ensure link and landing page accuracy as well as proper tracking parameters etc.; providing creative direction and hands-on execution when needed

      • Optimize marketing workflows and data integrations to support scale and efficiency

      • Build dashboards and report on campaign performance to deliver insights for ongoing improvements to Marketing Managers

      • Stay current on SFMC updates and industry best practices

      • Lead in a fast-paced, agile environment

      • Perform additional ad hoc tasks as needed

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio)

      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role

      • Proficient in AMPscript, HMTL, CSS, and SQL for dynamic templates, segmentation, personalization, and campaign customization

      • Experience in audience segmentation, list management, dynamic content, and automation workflows

      • Proven experience executing data-driven campaigns and building journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

      • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret campaign data and optimize performance

      • Exceptional organizational skills, with ability to constantly plan-ahead and surface hidden risks as necessary

      • Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously pivot to arrive at the highest impact answer for the customer

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization

      • BBA in business or related field required
