What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a global development team on embedded software for network-enabled devices
- Design, verify, specify, and qualify firmware for data center environment and energy monitoring products
- Utilize firmware development and debugging tools for product development
- Create optimized embedded Linux distributions and develop application code for testing driver interfaces
- Maintain and upgrade released product firmware
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in embedded firmware design
- Experience in embedded RTOS and/or embedded Linux software development
- Proficiency in Embedded C and Rust programming languages
- Experience with device driver development and ARM Cortex chips
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with GitHub, GitKraken, JIRA, X-ray, Confluence, and DevOps tools
- Experience in debugging using JTAG, SWD, and similar tools
- Knowledge of standard debuggers and toolchains
