- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum number of years required for entry to this job four (4) years of human resources experience.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) preferred
- Alternative Dispute Resolution certificate or ability to successfully complete within 12 months of hire required
- Strong knowledge of federal, provincial and local laws, specifically Employment Equity, Canada Labour Code, Canadian Human Rights Code, Canadian Human Rights Act, Employment Standards Act
- Strong knowledge of Canada PEOPLE manual (Preferred)
- In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
- Computer literacy and proficiency: basic level of MS Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum number of years required for entry to this job - 2 years of HR experience
- Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or ability to successfully complete within 12 months of hire required
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is preferred
- Familiarity with Canada Labour Code, Human Rights Legislation
- In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
- Basic level proficiency in MS-Office

- This position is posted at two levels : NC442: Sr Employee Relations Rep and NC441: Employee Relations Rep. The position will be offered at either level depending on the experience and skillsets of the successful candidate.
