      As a Senior Engagement Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

      · Taking accountability for managing highly complex, multi-client or multi-facility projects, effectively coordinating resources, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, and overseeing financials.

      · Acting as a crucial escalation point for client and project risks, promptly addressing risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

      · Regularly reviewing project milestones with both the internal project team and external clients, ensuring alignment, and proactively identifying any necessary course corrections.

      · Monitoring key performance indicators to assess project progress and intervening as needed to mitigate client risks and deliver the promised value to clients.

      · Leading and supporting a team of highly influential associates responsible for delivering exceptional value to strategic clients, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

      · Collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to execute the client's vision, objectives, and strategy, while ensuring alignment with the established methodology.

      · Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, encompassing all necessary tasks, timelines, and deliverables, to effectively manage client and project objectives and drive successful outcomes.

      In this role, your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the implementation of transformative solutions and fostering strong relationships with clients, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

      Preferred Experience

      • Proven record of working with C suite
      • Regional project management, delivering Cerner Millennium.
      • Healthcare IT background.
      • Arabic speaking required.

This first-level project management position provides consistent creative and high quality solution leadership ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.

      Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.

      6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 0-5 years of project management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.
