      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line primary software support to end users on various technical and transactional issues
      - Respond to, document, and resolve service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA
      - Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problem situations, escalating when necessary
      - Perform root cause analysis and develop procedures for problem prevention
      - Conduct user administration duties and maintain software trouble tickets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a Post-Secondary Diploma in Computer Systems Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in an end-user software support role
      - Strong knowledge of computer software and data analysis
      - Experience in maintaining business applications and documenting them in a knowledge base
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, and SQL programming

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience specifically with Epicor Bistrack & Lumbertrack
      - Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
      - Strong training skills and ability to create and maintain working relationships with vendors
      - Experience with trouble log management
