      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems
      - Provide technical leadership within the team functional area
      - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
      - Mentor other engineers and share best practices to improve processes
      - Lead design sessions and code reviews to enhance engineering quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced programming experience with at least two modern languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
      - 4+ years of software development experience within a Java framework
      - 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
      - 3+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced understanding of micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
      - Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
      - Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
      - Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
      - In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms
