      Job Title- Technical Analyst

      Location- Pune

      Role Description

      Management of change initiatives across PB core banking application landscape by interacting closely with key stakeholders from Business & Technology and building good working relationship.

      Significant experience in technical solution implementation - Java and related technologies under RHEL / UNIX environment for a large enterprise applications & DevOps Automation.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Understand and act as an SME for the existing systems landscape in Private Bank / Wealth Management including the end-to-end businesses process flows across the entire business value chain.
      • Understand and clearly document business and technology requirements in support of change projects.
      • Facilitate and actively drive the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders from satellite system teams, business stakeholders, and vendor resources.
      • Work together with technical resources to provide architectural and functional expertise during solution development.
      • Work with business and technology stakeholders on all levels to understand interfacing application requirements, prioritization and gain required business sign-offs.
      • Actively control test management with activities including scoping, determining test strategies, driving defect management, running status calls, meeting business stakeholders’ expectations and gaining sign-offs.
      • Perform detailed technology analyses to highlight weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement.

      Your skills and experience

      Should possess overall 2-5 years of experience in financial services technology with the below experience & exposure.

      Must have skills-

      • Technical knowledge of application integration patterns, tools and technology (e.g. MQ, RESTful API, FIX etc.) and basic Unix commands.
      • Experience in Build & Deployment automation; CI and CD Pipeline configuration.
      • Fast understanding of new requirements, tools and environments.
      • Request oriented and friendly.
      • Self-organized and structured working method
      • Excellent communication and English language skills (written/verbal).
      • Superior analytical skills.
      • Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.
      • Good understanding of the project life cycle.

      Desirable skills-

      • Experience in business and functional analysis.
      • Applied knowledge of solution architecture.
      • Hands-on experience with core banking solutions like Avaloq/T24 in user facing roles.
      • Hands-on experience with financial straight through processing system interfaces, such as SWIFT, OMGEO, Order Management systems etc.
