- Design, analyze, or QC transmission and distribution lines using advanced software such as PLS-CADD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Optimize performance and reliability of transmission and distribution lines using engineering principles.
- Conduct QC assessments to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications.
- Lead engineering teams in planning and executing projects.
- Mentor and train junior staff and engineers.
- Identify issues and propose solutions for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulations.
- Participate in meetings with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Work with other departments for integrated project delivery.
- Contribute to departmental and company goals development and implementation.
- Engage in special projects or tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in electric transmission and distribution engineering.
- EIT license required; CA PE license preferred.
- Experience leading engineering teams and developing construction drawings.
- Proficient in PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, or similar software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay Range: $93,600 - $145,600 per year.
Work Environment: Hybrid, 1-2 days/week in CA offices (Los Angeles, Santa Ana, San Diego).

Physical Requirements: Able to pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
