      - Lead Generative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
      - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Computer Science/Software Engineering
      - Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other AI/ML development tools
      - Experience leading teams in AI and Machine Learning solutions
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in technical discipline like Computer Science, Math, or Data Science
      - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning
      - Experience in engaging with business partners and translating business needs into technical roadmaps
      - Demonstrated track record of data-driven decisions
      - Strong experience working across a matrixed organization
