What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-value enterprise data products through agile execution and collaboration
- Manage cross-functional squads including data engineers and analysts to deliver governed, reusable data assets
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to align technology strategy with organizational objectives
- Promote data governance to ensure quality, lineage, and compliance in data products
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data delivery and usage, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), including Enterprise Data Warehouse and Customer Analytics
- 10+ years of experience in data product ideation, analysis, and delivery within banking or regulated industries
- Proven track record of writing user stories and delivering agile data products using frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
- Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and metadata management principles aligned with regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a culture of data literacy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS
- Understanding of modern data technologies, including DBT and Data Warehousing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
- Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or data management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a results-driven mentality
