      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support identification, prioritization, and cataloging of data defects and issues for remediation
      - Track, assess, and oversee the resolution of data-related defects across business lines
      - Partner with technology and data stewards to identify root causes and drive timely remediation
      - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor defect trends and remediation status
      - Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing guidance on data management policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Risk Management including Enterprise Data Warehouse OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Risk Management including Enterprise Data Warehouse
      - Understanding of data warehousing and transformation as well as extract, transform, and load processes
      - Knowledge of Cognos and SAS
      - Ability to write and understand SAS programming language
      - Knowledge of technologies and trends impacting the financial services and insurance industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data governance and management practices within a financial services context
      - Familiarity with automated workflow tools and enterprise data governance frameworks
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to data quality issues
      - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
      - Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews
