  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities for delivering value through ServiceNow solutions
  - Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets the needs of strategic customers
  - Articulate how ServiceNow can enable customer business strategies and integrate into their technology landscape
  - Collaborate with internal business units to create best practices, white papers, and workshops
  - Maintain relationships with various levels within customer accounts throughout their journey
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales, customer, or delivery focused role
  - Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures in an application domain
  - Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, etc.
  - Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS and PaaS
  - Strong presentation skills for conveying architecture concepts to technology leaders and partners
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience using Human Centered Design techniques to explore customer realities and set future visions
  - Knowledge of multiple technical domains such as application, data, DevOps, AI/ML, and big data
  - Passion for researching current and emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions
