What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead analytical activities to drive strategy development for market-based and enterprise-based strategy initiatives
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain market intelligence tools and resources
- Support the Enterprise Strategy Team in working with select market-based teams and enterprise initiatives
- Build the organization's ability to leverage data to drive strategy development
- Oversee the work of senior analysts and analysts to synthesize data and drive strategic development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to creatively overcome internal and external obstacles
- Strong relationship-building skills with external strategic partners and physicians
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in strategic planning and business development across various markets
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, health management, or a similar field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of innovative healthcare business models that focus on the quadruple aim
- Experience in healthcare services, ambulatory care, integrated delivery systems, and/or physician practice management
