What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead analytical activities to drive strategy development for market-based and enterprise-based initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring an analytical approach to markets
- Own Enterprise Strategy Team tools, systems, and infrastructure
- Support strategy development in specific markets and develop national strategic partnerships
- Oversee and guide analysts to drive strategic development through data synthesis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and business development across various markets
- Working knowledge of healthcare business models focusing on the quadruple aim
- Experience in healthcare services, ambulatory care, integrated delivery systems, or physician practice management
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, health management, or similar field
