What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate policies
- Develop and deliver training on environmental programs and procedures to manufacturing site employees
- Analyze environmental data for compliance and trend evaluations
- Support sustainable development activities, including GHG and water usage reduction initiatives
- Provide on-site EHS support during transition periods and assist with environmental assessments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in environmental management
- Experience managing environmental activities at food processing facilities
- Proficiency in communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel approximately 60% domestically and internationally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Familiarity with agricultural land application of wastewater and solids
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects cross-functionally
