      Primary Responsibilities

      • Assimilate, prepare, and assist with business cases for Enterprise Solutions Group
      • Gather and document business requirements
      • Develop and document functional specifications
      • Evaluate cross functional impacts of change requests
      • Create and maintain cross functional process flows that span multiple threads and modules
      • Review and assist with development and maintenance of ERP documentation, BR100s and user documentation, when needed
      • Conduct and research ERP functionality as required
      • Prepare and deliver knowledge sharing opportunities
      • Document, maintain and execute test scripts
      • Train targeted user groups on system and process changes
      • Conduct and/or participate in end-to-end testing cycles
      • Coordinate Master Data changes
      • Develop process flows and make recommended process changes
      • Assist with problem resolution which includes working service requests with 3rd party vendors
      • Manage support ticket queues and work with or assign to Application Manager to resolve

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Accounting/Finance preferred) or equivalent years of experience

      • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financial applications

      • Oracle EBS R12 Project module related experience is preferred

      • Capacity to become the subject matter expert for applications

      • Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

      • Demonstrate ability to work across functional teams

      • Experience authoring business requirements, functional specs, and test scripts

      • Quick on-the-job learner with practical application

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • Self-starter

      Technical Skills

      • Report / query writing experience helpful

      • Intermediate MS Excel, Intermediate MS Word

The expected compensation range for this position is $70,756 - $117,040 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
