      This is a remote position.

      Superlanet is seeking a Senior Integrations Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire opportunity offering remote flexibility, with periodic onsite presence required.

      The Senior Integrations Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other healthcare and university systems. This role also provides technical support for Workday Finance, Workday HCM/Payroll, and related enterprise platforms critical to operations.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and third-party applications.

      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

      • Partner with IT teams to ensure alignment on security, upgrades, and integration best practices.

      • Create and maintain documentation including data flows, mapping, technical specs, and user support guides.

      • Monitor integration performance and proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

      • Ensure integration solutions adhere to institutional compliance, data governance, and industry standards.

      • Perform additional duties as assigned and support internal controls and reporting structures.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

      • 6+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday ERP systems and integrations

      • Active Workday certifications in Finance, HCM/Payroll, and Workday Studio

      • Proficiency with tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and XML

      • Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills

      • Equivalent education/experience may be considered

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Master’s degree in a related technical discipline

      • Experience supporting Workday integrations in higher education or healthcare environments

      • Familiarity with data security, privacy best practices, and platforms such as Epic and Kodiak

      • Certifications such as:

        • HL7 Certification

        • Epic Bridges or Interconnect

        • Project Management Professional (PMP)

        • ITIL Foundation Certification
