- Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
- Provide coaching and employee relations support
- Manage performance review systems and timelines
- Conduct training sessions and support organizational development
- Administer benefits and manage leave of absence processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Maintain HR systems and generate reports for analysis
- Support wellness initiatives and promote employee engagement
- Act as a point of contact for general HR inquiries
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience
- Experience in recruiting, training, benefits, employee relations, and employment law
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification (held or exam scheduled)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to travel locally

What You’ll Do
As a Senior ESS Generalist, you’ll provide technical and administrative HR support across the organization. You’ll lead initiatives in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training, performance management, and compliance. You’ll also manage one or more major program areas such as Benefits, Systems, or Compliance.
