      JOB SUMMARY

      We are looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join our design team responsible for developing, defining, and executing innovative brand experiences for the FIFA World Cub 26 ™ Official Hospitality program.

      WHAT YOU WILL DO

      • The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in event design implementation, project management, and vendor coordination across complex, multi-venue environments.

      • Responsible for project execution of small to large scale, event-specific design projects at the highest standards within budget and timeframes

      • Support production timelines, budgets, fabrication schedules, and install/de-install operations in collaboration with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

      • Responsible for tracking all assets and movement from concept to execution by internal and external partners, through the approvals process, and into physical installation

      • Be the first point of contact for the Design team when it comes to creative requests and requirements

      • Clearly communicate new projects, changes, and requirements to the wider creative team and ensure everyone is informed of the latest schedule and upcoming project details

      • Support coordination between Design, Architecture, Catering, and Venue Operations teams to translate design intent into executable, venue-ready solutions.

      • Support FF&E logistics planning, procurement, delivery, and on-site implementation across event facilities.

      • Develop and maintain project tracking systems, dashboards, status reporting, and quality assurance for senior leadership.

      WHO YOU ARE

      • Highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-starter with extensive project management experience working within Design to deliver environmental graphics, FF&E, signage, fabrication, and print production

      • Calm under pressure, collaborative, consistent, and flexible

      • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

      • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

      • Expert knowledge within MS Office applications, Smartsheet, and Asana

      • Ability to manage design teams and production partners with professionalism, speed, transparency, and assertiveness

      • Experience working on large-scale events

      • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of work under tight deadlines

      GOOD TO HAVE

      • Experience working with FIFA, Olympic Games, major sports leagues, or global branding programs.

      • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency

      • Knowledge of FIFA hospitality regulations and standards

      Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


      Hiring Range Minimum :

      $71,250 annually

      Hiring Range Maximum:

      $95,000 annually
