      Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      In this high-profile role, you’ll work with many people across the company, including senior leaders and top clients, and manage all aspects of event planning from start to finish.

      What You’ll Do

      In a nutshell, you will help us plan and execute events, meetings and conferences that will spark moments of genuine connection. You will:

      • Oversee all elements of meeting planning, including choosing venues, negotiating with vendors, registering attendees, preparing detailed documents for events and reporting on outcomes.

      • Work on multiple conferences and events simultaneously.

      • For hybrid events, travel to the event location and work with the executive event producer to check the venue’s technology capabilities and deliver the virtual extension of the in-person event.

      • Prepare cost estimates for budget approval.

      • Develop and maintain professional relationships with meeting hosts.

      • Maintain professional rapport with vendors to negotiate optimal savings and benefits for events.

      • Collaborate with venues and internal business partners to ensure the appropriate meeting space and/or breakout rooms, meeting set-up, food and beverage, audio visual and other needs are arranged.

      • Oversee meeting preparation, including ordering supplies and packing/shipping of event materials.

      • Work consistently in event software (Cvent) to capture all event details, including cost estimates and monthly metric reports.

      • Create and analyze online evaluations and prepare post-event reports.

      • Arrange ground transportation and departure cards, amenities/gifts for groups and on-site planning as required.

      • Travel: 25% of the time

      Who You Are

      You have your finger on the pulse of the events and meetings industry and know how to leverage your experience and skills to stay ahead of the curve in this space. Here’s more on what you bring to the table:

      Minimum:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of corporate meeting experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years of experience; A Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field.

      • Must have experience using Cvent online registration system.

      • Experience producing high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.

      • The ability to identify and adjust processes to improve results.

      • Proven experience executing in high-energy, high-change culture.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Experienced at negotiating and building partnerships with vendors.

      • Exceptional client service, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.

      • Travel: 25% of the time

      Preferred:

      • Degree in hospitality or related.

      • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) status.
