      Senior Events Advisor – Your role:

      As a Senior Events Advisor, you will support the practice, sector groups and senior management in the creating, planning, management delivery of events. This will be both client-focused and internal, and in-person as well as virtual.

      • Ensuring the flawless execution of events such as seminars, breakfast briefings, roundtables, networking events and webinars
      • Managing conference groups such as regional away days and global off-sites for between 50 and 300 delegates
      • Working with the wider Marketing team to develop event planning best practice
      • Managing external suppliers to include negotiating costs for events
      • Ensuring that all events are properly budgeted and approved

      Senior Events Advisor – What we’re looking for:

      • Significant experience managing mid to large events and associated budgets, on both a UK and an international scale
      • Previous experience working for a global matrix organisation, ideally within the legal or professional services sector
      • Experience using webinar platforms and event registration software
      • A proven track record of managing the full event lifecycle
      • A strategic mindset and the ability to challenge ROI when needed
      • A team player with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to work independently when needed
