      JOB OVERVIEW
      T-Mobile’s Strategy & Corporate Development team is seeking a highly-organized, proactive, and resourceful Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two VPs within the Strategy and Corporate Development team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and enabling Executive productivity in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, handles confidential information with discretion, and has a passion for building positive team culture and efficient administrative systems. Performs dedicated administrative duties for two VPs. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment. Requires knowledge of corporate policy. Often called upon to interpret and communicate an executive's intent to other managers. May make contacts of a sensitive and confidential nature. Work under minimal supervision on complex projects and may assist less experienced peers.

      This role is available at our Bellevue, WA HQ and asks for 4-5 days in office.

      Job Responsibilities:

      Executive Support

      • Handle complex and constantly evolving calendars across time zones, ensuring priorities are reflected in daily scheduling.
      • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and real-time adjustments.
      • Prepare, process, and track expense reports and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring seamless communication flow and prioritization of requests and meetings.

      Administrative Operations

      • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, attendee coordination, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
      • Produce high-quality communications, presentations, and reports for executive-level audiences.
      • Support document management and version control for strategic planning materials, contracts, and confidential documents.
      • Handle procurement requests, vendor coordination, and other departmental administrative logistics as needed.

      Team and Culture Building

      • Serve as a team ambassador, promoting engagement through thoughtful event coordination, recognition moments, and onboarding experiences.
      • Maintain a pulse on team dynamics and proactively offer ways to foster collaboration, connection, and morale.
      • Coordinate quarterly business reviews, offsites, and cross-functional engagements with precision and hospitality.

      Special Projects

      • Contribute to or lead ad-hoc initiatives that improve workflow, digital tool utilization, or operational efficiency within the organization.
      • Provide project management support for pivotal initiatives, including milestone tracking and partner coordination.

      Education and Work Experience:

      • Associate's Degree (Preferred)
      • 7-10 years Experience of supporting executive leaders

      Base Pay Range: $31.71 - $57.20

      Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

      The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

      At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
