Job Role - Indian OTC Collection
Exp - 3 to 5 Years
Location - Pune
Roles and Responsibilities-
Customer Services Specialist
• Coordination offshore/onshore teams and discuss daily task and status on scrum meetings.
• Disputes and customer queries resolution.
• Responding to customer queries through call and/or email.
• Preparing/Maintaining BRD/SOP document time to time.
• Led a team of professionals in managing end-to-end Order to Cash operations, ensuring smooth and timely execution of orders, accurate invoicing, and efficient collections.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve escalated customer issues, address payment disputes, and streamline processes.
• Utilized Dashboards, such as [Tableau, PowerBI], to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions and provide insights for decision-making.
• Performing testing for each system in prod and test environment before final sign-up from client side.
• Performing RCA for failures in test and Prod Environment.
• Troubleshooting files and jobs failure and re-running.
• Supports IOL, OBI, NxtGen teams on their issues.
• Customer relations Builds and manages relationships with business partners to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working on the various types of reports which need to be completed before the deadline
. • Work allocation and goal setting for the team
• Sharing & updating of regular AR Report with the Team for Payment Collection
