      Job Description

      Purpose: Serve - Engage, overall account management.

      • Source new key retailers decided with Product Leadership/Market. Responsible for contract negotiation. End-to-end retail Account management for selected retail clients, delivering on E2E Cost & Revenue targets. Work with Electronic Data Delivery team to ensure quality data.
      • Engage with retail customer stakeholders as the first Point of Contact for retail accounts on all topics (proactive and reactive engagement). First and foremost, manage customer satisfaction and proactive communications. You are the consistent link between NIQ and customer.
      • Drive account direction & strategy, own & understand the stakeholder landscape, plan & execute engagement per account accordingly.
      • Generate Ad-hoc/proactive insights as a part of regular engagement with the retail customers. Track Value delivered monthly.
      • Interface and partner with internal stakeholders, brief requests & queries through correct traffic control channels.
      • Possession of all products and services with retailers i.e. CPS, Bases, AAC etc.
      • Finance Liaison; own and drive all activities and compliance with NIQ finance processes. E2E Financial compliance / admin – Revenue recognition & Cash Collection
      • Deliver on cost and revenue targets set at the start of the year, through growth of direct revenue.
      • Ensure customer satisfaction through a Net Positive NPS Score, at least 2 responses per retailer
      • Experience 2-4 years of solid understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services and solutions.
      • Solid understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers.
      • Experience working with or for Retail client, or Supplier to Retail in either FMCG or Tech & Durable Industry.
