      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trust Real Estate Associate to support Real Estate Asset Management Services within its Wealth & Investment Management division.

      In this role, you will:

      • Support the Real Estate Asset Managers in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management
      • Research and resolve moderate to highly complex account issues
      • Fulfill real estate related transactions, distributions and compliance documentation
      • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
      • Review risk management reports
      • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
      • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
      • Interact with internal and external customers

      Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of experience in a support role within an institutional real estate investment environment or banking and trust environment
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
      • Ability to quickly learn and develop advanced level use of software systems utilized by Trust and Real Estate Asset Management Services
      • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate management and transactional support (i.e. property management, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, purchases, sales, leasing, etc.)
      • Experience in handling property/casualty insurance, claims, obtaining replacement cost valuations
      • Energetic, positive/can do attitude, self-starter, strong work ethic and desire to learn, drive to see tasks through to completion
      • Extensive experience working with clients and/or vendors
      • Presentation preparation
      • Calendar maintenance

      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to work in a hybrid environment which you will be required to work at least 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
