About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Trust Real Estate Associate to support Real Estate Asset Management Services within its Wealth & Investment Management division.

In this role, you will:

Support the Real Estate Asset Managers in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management
Research and resolve moderate to highly complex account issues
Fulfill real estate related transactions, distributions and compliance documentation
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Review risk management reports
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in a support role within an institutional real estate investment environment or banking and trust environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to quickly learn and develop advanced level use of software systems utilized by Trust and Real Estate Asset Management Services
Basic knowledge of commercial real estate management and transactional support (i.e. property management, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, purchases, sales, leasing, etc.)
Experience in handling property/casualty insurance, claims, obtaining replacement cost valuations
Energetic, positive/can do attitude, self-starter, strong work ethic and desire to learn, drive to see tasks through to completion
Extensive experience working with clients and/or vendors
Presentation preparation
Calendar maintenance

Job Expectations:

Ability to work in a hybrid environment which you will be required to work at least 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
