JOB SUMMARY:
A high-energy professional to lead large construction projects for the medical, dental and animal health customers and/or lead a Field Project team to ensure delivery and installation of our solutions consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. This position is responsible for planning and leading delivery and installation projects nationally.ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
•Plan, lead and implement large, complex installations for various customers including clinics, health systems, physician practices, animal health customers and dental school customers
•Coordinate, coach and lead all personnel associated with equipment delivery & installation, including Field Project Managers, other teammates and multiple subcontractors
•Train and supervise installation partners on proper methods and processes to achieve our customer satisfaction metrics
•Train and supervise logistics partners to deliver & setup equipment
•Serve as the on-site project coordinator for all large-scale, complex projects
•Recruit, train and supervise installation teammates and partners
•Work effectively among customer departments including practice manager, biomedical engineering, facilities management, purchasing, clinical and project management
•Work effectively with sales, customer service, engineering and logistics to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and installation of equipment and solutionsSECONDARY DUTIES:
•Investigate and resolve service, product and process quality issues
•Drive customer satisfaction measurement
•Document and implement delivery & installation quality checklists
•Liaise with internal project design team and customer facilities personnel
•Communicate product and service specifications to customer
•Lead project reviews and manage project budgetsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in field service, technical service, facilities, logistics or construction, preferably in a clinical setting – hospital, medical clinic, dental practice or veterinary. PMP certification preferred. Previous people management experience preferred.COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
