What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and mitigate risks
- Conduct audits at plant and customer sites to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Provide advanced technical expertise and support to customers during product startup and installation
- Champion projects to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum High School Diploma; Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in the refrigeration, HVAC, or related industry
- Advanced knowledge of complex refrigeration systems and electrical controls
- Proven field project management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams
- Background in managing complex customer startups
- Manufacturing new product launch/build experience
- Familiarity with Hussmann systems (Aftermarket, Tavant, CRM Dynamics, QMS, and Team Center)
- Ability to effectively present information to groups
