      U-Haul Senior Field Recruiter

      Become part of a team:

      U-Haul is seeking a Senior Field Recruiter to provide support to our rental and storage centers, assembly plants and repair centers across the US and Canada. In this role you will act as the subject matter expert on recruiting and assist when needed with job postings, finding applicants, scheduling interviews, organizing job fairs, technical issues, and general recruiting related needs.

      Daily tasks include:

      • Answer calls, emails and other communication from the field related to recruiting
      • Develop relationships with field leadership (Field Managers, Directors, VPs, etc.)
      • Serves as the “go to” for all field recruiting related matters when the Lead Field Recruiter is unavailable
      • Communicate with field management and recruiting team regarding best practices, issues, or trends
      • Travel when needed to assist with recruiting efforts on site (
      • Work on a variety of projects to improve the field recruiting efforts
      • Address any escalated field issues/concerns
      • Build new processes to make the field recruiting team more efficient
      • Assist with recruiting efforts when and where required
      • Assist training recruiting team in different recruiting strategies

      Requirements

      • 5+ years of previous recruiting or support experience
      • Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
      • Prior experience using Workday is preferred
      • Some technical knowledge and ability to walk someone through a technical problem
