Job Description
- Req#: R25-1325
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems and equipment, perform maintenance and repair, and provide onsite installation customer support.
- Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation of GoTo products into client cloud environments, including configuring firewalls, switches, and routers and ensuring customer network
- Train users/customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serve as a company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
- Document and create logical topologies for any networks that need work.
- May work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. based on company and/or client need. Telecommuting permitted.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network Administration, or a related field, and one (1) year of experience in a network support-related occupation.
- Alternatively, in lieu of a bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience, employer will accept three (3) years of experience in a network support-related occupation.
- Position requires experience in the following:
- Routing and Switching, including the creation and management of VLANs and troubleshooting protocols (LLDP, CDP, and 802.IQ);
- LDAP, Azure AD, and SSO integrations;
- Communications/Voice Over IP/Video over IP, SIP, and firewalls/network security API;
- Configuring LAN and WAN ports; and
- Creation of site to site VPN Tunnels and failover connections.

Wage: $95,336.80 - $114,500.00 per year
