Job Description
- Req#: 18871
- Lead and supervise field teams on complex and high-risk projects
- Ensure Health & Safety and equipment compliance
- Scope, quote, and deliver water and drainage renewal schemes
- Manage yard stock and support project planning
- Act as a key liaison between field teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and field-based experience
- Knowledge of R&M and new mains/drainage installations
- A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
- NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely, SSSTS, 360 Excavator Operator
- Salary range of £35,000 - £39,000
- Company van for business use only and a fuel card
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 15% of your annual salary, based on company performance)

We’re Severn Trent Services a commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group. We provide water and waste services to companies nationwide, including the MoD and The Coal Authority.
Severn Trent Services is looking for a proactive and dependable Senior Field Technician to join our Infrastructure Services team. You’ll support the Regional Team Manager covering the Home Counties (London, Surrey, Hertfordshire, West and East Sussex, Kent, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire) in delivering high-quality water and drainage projects, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across our MOD and wider contracts.
