You will be part of the finance and accounting team and report to the Finance Director. This role is also a business partner to other areas in the organization and works closely to the Senior Management.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Spain & Portugal businesses.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Preparation and reporting of Annual Budget, quarterly reviews and rolling monthly reviews;
• Monthly analysis of results and drivers of the business. Validate reasonableness of key management reports. Clarify and summarize deviation in business performance vs expectations;
• Ensure Month End closing for Financials into HFM (Reporting system). Reporting scope includes P&L, Balance sheet, TWC metrics, Headcount and other statistical requirements;
• Create reports and predictive financial models to enable effective decision making as well as build and manage dashboards and metrics to identify key trends, risks and opportunities
• Participate in the project review process, understanding the issues relating to all projects and challenging the Project Managers to identify any potential financial risks issues. Recommend mitigation and pro-active recovery strategies.
• Occasional weekend/public holiday working is a requirement of the role (following US Calendar).

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related area with at 5 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in related positions in Financial or Accounting / Control reporting background;
• Experience in preparing management reports and support management or executive functions;
• Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights;
• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written);
• Experience with business systems such as Oracle and Hyperion HFM would be a plus.
