SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for the monthly marketing analysis and tracking, contribute to the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reporting, quarter-end close process, forecasting LE, and annual budget planning for Prepared FS and Retail businesses. Own the reporting and analysis activity to contribute to effective decision-making by the business. Along with assisting the development of strategic long-range plan for the BUs within the Prepared Foods segment of Tyson. All the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a dynamic team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the Finance team and with cross-functional partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance or Accounting.
Experience: 3+ years experience in Finance, demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills. Must possess the ability to streamline internal processes along with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills are required, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders.
Computer Skills: Strong excel based skills required including experience with successfully working with large data sets. Experience with Power BI and SAP Financial applications is a plus.
