What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with the product team to analyze the financial impact of control/treatment experiments and provide recommendations
- Partner with marketing, BI/DE, and finance teams to shape go-to-market strategies and uncover growth opportunities
- Build scalable reporting and frameworks to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and long-range modeling in partnership with Finance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, data analytics, or FP&A in a product-led or growth-oriented environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including dynamic modeling, scenario planning, and pivot tables
- Moderate proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write queries and navigate data tables
- Strong financial and business acumen, connecting performance metrics to strategic outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder influence
