Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Understanding and supporting during the budgeting, planning and forecasting cycles.

• Supporting the monthly closing activities and finalization of numbers. This may include performing month end validations, connect with FRA teams for clarifications and adjusting local systems in line with Global systems.

• Ensuring smooth support to CPO's by performing below activities: Understanding the prefill/pre-population functionality, Copying / Locking the planning version, Setting up and running the allocations, Create / support planning reports using EPM functionality, Understand and support the BPC Interfaces and Troubleshooting issues and flagging them to D&T

• Ensure accurate functionalities and numbers across systems (e.g. but not limited to: LBPC, GBPC, GAIA-DC, Genie, etc.) and highlight/report on any inconsistencies.

• Map the country planning process in BPC; identify issues/gaps if any and work towards bringing/enhancing the process in BPC.

• Performing quick analysis and troubleshooting on BPC and create/enhance/test planning templates using EPM.

• Support in master data management activities in SAP/BPC.

• Coordinating with Onshore BPAs for topics such as Trainings, Allocations, Master data, Inter-co invoicing, and BPC requests, etc. Ad-hoc support based on business needs
