      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and develop annual budget planning
      - Enhance and streamline budgeting and forecasting processes
      - Conduct detailed forecast analysis, comparing budget vs. actual spending
      - Drive improvements in reporting and analytics to support business leadership
      - Analyze performance data to forecast trends and ensure compliance with internal and external auditors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
      - 7 to 10 years of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience
      - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and computer-based accounting applications
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with JD Edwards platforms, Google Sheets, and Corrigo platform
      - Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational level
      - Ability to run Budget and Forecast meetings effectively
      - High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      - Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal sensitivity
