What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monthly forecasting, AOP, Long Range Planning, balance sheet reviews
- Financial analysis for all Navy Development programs
- Presenting financial data to management on a monthly basis
- Monitoring program expenditures and work performance
- Supporting AOP and LRP processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office products
- Experience in financial concepts, trends, and variances analysis
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage daily tasks effectively
- Proficiency in modeling, creating formulas, and complex data mining using MS Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RPlan, SAP APEX, BW, and BPS
- Excellent critical thinking abilities and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly master Business Systems and improve processes
- Strong understanding and application of finance principles and industry practices
