      Senior Financial Analyst
      National Corporate Housing is recruiting for a Financial Analyst, who will be an integral member of the Corporate Finance team to support National’s continued growth and increased profitability. This position will have broad exposure in different aspects of corporate finance encompassing financial planning and analysis, market consulting and pricing, process automation and development, financing and M&A. The selected person should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and needs to have a professional image, strong analytical and deduction skills, and excellent attention to detail.

      Key Responsibilities:
      Financial Planning and Analysis
      • Support companywide forecast through developing forecasting methodologies, building driver-based financial models, formulating key assumptions, tracking and investigating variances between actuals and projections, and continually refining forecasting process to improve accuracy.
      • Key player in the annual budgeting process: create budget models and provide support to stakeholders (operational markets and corporate departments) in formulating goals and assumptions.
      • Extract data from National’s reporting system using SQL, and synthesize data into clear, meaningful, and easily understandable visuals and reports.
      Market Consulting and Pricing
      • Act as an internal consultant for operational markets; develop financial models and analytics to identify strategies and opportunities on improving financial performance.
      • Work with Revenue Management on pricing large group opportunities to maximize profit.
      • Support Supply Chain and Procurement in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
      Process Automation and Development
      • Create dashboards in PowerBI through collaboration with company developer to track company operating metrics and financial performance.
      • Identify opportunities for process automation to improve operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
      Financing and M&A
      • Support financing efforts, analyze credit terms and support due diligence requests from prospective lenders.
      • Develop reporting package to lending partner(s) including financial performance review and calculations of borrowing base and financial covenants.
      • Opportunity to work on M&A through conducting industry research, developing financial analysis, and supporting due diligence efforts.
      Other projects as assigned
      Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s Degree required.
      • 2+ years of experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, finance analysis, statistical analysis, operation finance, and other corporate finance functions
      • Undergraduate or graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business majors.
      • Experience building financial models
      • Experience communicating with business unit leaders regarding financials, budgeting, forecasting
      • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting concepts
      • Expert-level skills in MS Excel
      • Ability to model complex financial business scenarios
      • Superior analytical and creative problem-solving skills
      • Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency; motivated self-starter
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and good team player
      • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
      • Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
      • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
      • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
      • Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of discretion
      • Open-minded attitude to learn new things.
