- Support companywide forecast through developing forecasting methodologies, building driver-based financial models, formulating key assumptions, tracking and investigating variances between actuals and projections, and continually refining forecasting process to improve accuracy.
- Key player in the annual budgeting process: create budget models and provide support to stakeholders (operational markets and corporate departments) in formulating goals and assumptions.
- Extract data from National’s reporting system using SQL, and synthesize data into clear, meaningful, and easily understandable visuals and reports.
- Act as an internal consultant for operational markets; develop financial models and analytics to identify strategies and opportunities on improving financial performance.
- Work with Revenue Management on pricing large group opportunities to maximize profit.
- Support Supply Chain and Procurement in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Create dashboards in PowerBI through collaboration with company developer to track company operating metrics and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
- Support financing efforts, analyze credit terms and support due diligence requests from prospective lenders.
- Develop reporting package to lending partner(s) including financial performance review and calculations of borrowing base and financial covenants.
- Opportunity to work on M&A through conducting industry research, developing financial analysis, and supporting due diligence efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, finance analysis, statistical analysis, operation finance, and other corporate finance functions
- Undergraduate or graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business majors.
- Experience building financial models
- Experience communicating with business unit leaders regarding financials, budgeting, forecasting
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting concepts
- Expert-level skills in MS Excel
- Ability to model complex financial business scenarios
- Superior analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency; motivated self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good team player
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.

- $80,400 - $88,300 annualized base salary
